What happened to Olivia's sister Fringe?
She later moves back to Chicago to be closer to her ex who took a new job there. In the Alternate Timeline, she was largely raised by Massive Dynamic Executive Director Nina Sharp. She still married Greg, whom she is still married to, and they also have a second child, Eddie Blake.
In the prime timeline, Peter was in love with Olivia, but was unaware that he fathered a child with Fauxlivia, whom she named Henry, in the alternate universe. Subsequently, at the end of season 3, when Peter is removed from the timeline as though he had never existed beyond childhood, Henry, too, ceases to exist.

Henrietta Bishop, also known as "Etta" is the daughter of Peter Bishop and Olivia Dunham. She is the second known child between the couple in all known dimensions, following Henry Dunham's birth in a previous time loop before his erasure.
He was written out by a line from Lincoln which revealed he was on a honeymoon with Mona Foster. Remarks made in an earlier interview with the actor indicated that his absence from Fringe season 4 may have been affected by his series regular role on NBC's Prime Suspect series [via Digital Spy].

Olivia is a 29-year-old FBI Special Agent assigned to a multi-agency task force of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security called the Fringe Division, after her partner and lover, John Scott, is exposed to a flesh-dissolving agent.
During the final confrontation in "An Enemy of Fate," September was shot by a stray bullet and Walter sacrificed himself by leading Michael through a wormhole into the future to prevent the Observers from reaching Earth. Before Walter and Michael enter the wormhole, he and Peter had one final embrace as father and son.
She tells Huck about Olivia's fractured relationship with her father and notes that their falling out seemed to occur over a homeless man. Huck, putting the pieces together, attacks Olivia and ascertains that her father is Command of B613.
The truth, which Sally appears to have accepted, was revealed as Daniel drunkenly flirted with James (who had just been fired from the job I never believed he had). Andrew Nichols kidnapped Olivia Pope in order to start a war with The United States of America and West Angola. Olivia Pope was kept in Pennsylvania with Ian Woods, Gus and their associates. Fitz tells Andrew that he wants proof of life or he won't give him the war.
Orsino is in love with the Countess Olivia, and sends Viola to court her for him, but Olivia falls for Viola instead. Sebastian arrives, causing a flood of mistaken identity, and marries Olivia. Viola then reveals she is a girl and marries Orsino.

Rona Newton-John, the older sister of Olivia Newton-John, has died in the US at the age of 70. The British-born and Melbourne-raised model and actress was diagnosed with brain cancer in April.
Olivia Abbott is the twin sister of Ivy Vega and the daughter of Karl Lazar (Charles Vega) and Susanna Lazar (Nee Kendall). She was adopted by Audrey and Steve Abbott. Her biological mother sadly died while giving birth to Olivia and Ivy.
